Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Canada from Welland, Ontario. What it costs depends on where your order is going. Here it is up front, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Ontario & Quebec orders can also choose Express ($30.00, 1-2 business days) at checkout.
Glass is heavy, so it pays to buy more than one. Shipping a single bottle costs nearly as much as shipping six.
When your order ships
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us. We ship on business days only, not weekends or holidays.
How we pack glass
Every bottle is wrapped and boxed to survive the trip. If something arrives broken, leaking or missing, email a photo to info@twistedtomato.ca within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right. Details are in our refund policy.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 10 Canadian provinces - Ontario, Quebec, the Prairies, British Columbia and Atlantic Canada. We're not yet able to ship to the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut).
